The Four Winds offers an excellent opportunity to its clients to hunt the area of Savant Lake, a region well known for it's abundance of natural feeding areas for moose and bears. Over the years, the resort has attracted many repeat visitors, a testament to not only the quantity of bears & moose available, but also the quality of the experience.
The local area around Savant abounds many lakes and rivers that afford excellent opportunities for hunting excursions right from your accommodations at the Four Winds.
At the Four Winds we have all the equipment to outfit you on whatever
activity you choose; moose, bear, or Grouse hunting. We have a Bear
Management Area that will ensure you an exclusive bear hunt with a very high
success rate. Savant Lake is an excellent place for Small Game &
Grouse hunting enthusiasts. Every year visitors return to Savant Lake due
to the abundance of grouse and other small game animals! Adult moose tags are also available, but should you wish
to hunt moose, reservations should be made well in advance!
Local native guides can also be provided in order to raise your chances of success in your hunt. The experienced guides will help you track down your trophy moose in Savant Lake's vast forest.
